Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Orient Pearl Travel. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Orient Pearl Travel.
1.2 A deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount will vary depending on the travel package and suppliers' requirements.
1.3 Full payment must be received at least 60 days before departure, unless otherwise specified.
1.4 Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified by us. Additional fees may apply for credit card transactions.

2.2 Some suppliers may impose stricter cancellation policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
2.3 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.
3.1 It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date, and any required visas for your destination.
3.2 We will provide guidance on visa requirements, but obtaining visas remains your responsibility.
3.3 Some destinations may require specific vaccinations or health certificates. We recommend consulting with a travel health clinic well before departure.
4.1 Changes to bookings after confirmation may be subject to change fees from suppliers, in addition to our administration fee.
4.2 Name changes on airline tickets are generally not permitted and may require reissue at full cost.
4.3 We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability of alternatives.
5.1 We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, trip cancellation, loss of baggage, and personal liability.
5.2 Some destinations or activities may require specific insurance coverage (e.g., adventure sports, high-altitude trekking).
6.1 Orient Pearl Travel acts as an agent for travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these suppliers.
6.2 We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or mechanical failures.
6.3 We reserve the right to alter itineraries or substitute services of equal value if circumstances require.
7.1 All prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.
7.2 After confirmation, prices are guaranteed except for increases due to government taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations, which may be passed on to you.
8.1 Any complaints regarding services should be brought to our attention immediately so we can attempt to resolve them promptly.
8.2 If a problem cannot be resolved during your trip, please submit a written complaint within 30 days of your return.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
